We have a completely unique and natural approach to training; the company is formed from coaches who are already incredibly successful. We know what works and what doesn't, so we can show you the hands on, no frills truth about coaching, for you to make your own mind up.

- It's all about team-work
Over the free day our coaching taster will show you how to coach anyone in any situation, without any prior knowledge of that person's circumstances. Coaching does not require you to be an expert in any field other than in coaching. In fact, it is an advantage not to be too close to a client's situation. This is how coaching differs to mentoring, which requires a 'been there, done that' relationship. Most new coaches are very relieved to hear this!
Don't just take our word for it!
"The trainers energy connected with the group, tuning in and providing what we needed. The exercises facilitated both growth and insight as I reflected on the roles I assume in my day to day living (in particular my stance in what i perceived to be 'problems') and what lessons they might hold for me. The climate was vibrant and energetic. A safe and open atmosphere was created and I felt comfortable being myself and sharing with others in a way which was helpful for my change and self development. Many thanks!"
Clair Marshall - Counselor and life coach

How will coaching help you?
Written by Terry Elston on February 9th, 2009Here are two things that learning coaching will do for you...
* If you are coached yourself, you can take massive leaps forward in all parts of your life, career and relationships
* As the coach, you benefit at the same time as your client because when you coach someone you are also developing and growing yourselfHere are some of the exciting things you will learn, each explained in detail through a variety of learning techniques and practical exercises over the day workshop:
* The foundation of all change work: How to THINK about thinking itself!
* You will improve your ability to listen and hear what is REALLY being said
* You take a leap forward in your ability to ask questions to get to the real heart of the issues
* You will develop your ability to create rapport in any situation
* You will learn how to maintain your energy, whatever is in front of you
* You'll know how to match and mirror another's language patterns
* You'll learn the basis of all coaching
What this day will NOT be about:
- You will NOT be pressured into buying anything with us
- You will NOT be subject to a raa raa American style presentation
For your entertainment, most of the day is full of exciting exercises and information for you to experience, there's not much time to tell you what's on offer. By the end of the day, you'll already know if this is for you and we'll know if you're suitable!
