NLP World is one of only a handful of NLP training institutes to be recommended (Practitioner, Master Practitioner and Trainers training programmes) for credits towards the MA. Gain a third of the credits needed for the MA.
This is a robust academic qualification, recognised by the international, professional NLP and coaching associations, meeting the quality assurance needs of clients, who can easily understand the postgraduate nature of such a qualification.
The Course Structure
We understand that NLP Practitioners/coaches are free spirits and do not want to be pushed through a standardized academic conveyor belt. This qualification is your chance to celebrate your professionalism through your uniqueness and gain a qualification that follows your personal development as well as interests.
This programme will enable you to hone your skills, talents and expertise in the context that you choose and allows you to follow an assessment structure that is meaningful to you and your organisation.
The course measures what you do as a result of your chosen learning path. It is structured around a personal learning agreement. In conjunction with a supervisior, you agree the objectives for your learning, what input is required, any prior learning that may gain credits towards the qualifications and decide on your own assessment topics.
As you progress through the programme, you will accumulate M Level credits, to a maximum of 180 required by the full Masters qualification. Credit for prior experience and learning can be applied for - an ideal arrangement for people experienced in the coaching and NLP fields. A full Masters qualification is completed in 2-3 years on average and you may enrol at any time. By deciding your own timescales you are able to speed up or slow down your progress to suit your life balance.
The Postgraduate Certificate (60m credits)
This consists of NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner worth 30 credits each.
The Post Graduate Diploma (60M credits)
This includes an approved certificate in coaching and written assignments which can be self designed or chosen from a bank of questions. As a guide a 15m credit assignment is 3500 words long. It can also include the trainers training.
The Masters Level (60M credits)
This consists of a taught research methods day, a proposal submission and either two work based action learning assignments (30 credits each), a traditional dissertation (60 credits) or a publishable paper and Viva (60 credits).
So in other words, you can come and train with us and gather credits worth one third on your MA whilst also attaining your NLP status up to a trainer!
