Why do we run a Master Practitioner course in Neuro linguistic Programming if the NLP Practitioner course is so good?

As a trainer, I know Neuro Linguistic Programming is not about the skill sets. So when I invite people to attend the Master Practitioner Course, I mostly do so from a personal development angle.

On The Master Practitioner course, we are able to ‘take the gloves off’ in terms of skill sets, and show people behind the scenes to how the inner world of change takes place. As an example, I used to have an aversion to the corporate world and definitely to anyone in a uniform or suit. I probably made that happen early in life by having three police officers as parent and step-parents.

When I used NLP to clear out the ‘dark side’ of those memories and any issues relating to that past, the corporate world suddenly opened it’s doors to me.

The Cabinet Office in Whitehall came calling, schools were interested and started using me to train teachers and pupils alike, plus blue chip companies wanted my services.

I had one of my own personal bests recently. One hundred sales people and forty senior managers trained in basic NLP Practitioner aspects (and a few NLP Master Practitioner techniques) for a huge corporation. In terms of my own investment, that paid for all my training up to a Trainer of NLP. And what did I train them in? I trained them in the inner game of success!

That equates to an Neuro Linguistic Programming Master Practitioner course if you wanted to learn the strategy of the inner game.
