NLP World has teamed up with Hugh James Solicitors to deliver Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) to HR practitioners looking to maximise the potential of their organisation. The intention ultimately decrease the expenditure of the HR departments.
Last year the Tribunals dealt with 321,000 claims. 46,300 were for unfair dismissal and 285,500 were under the heading of discrimination, with one claimant securing an award of £4.5m! In our experience, a large proportion of claims that get to the door of the Employment Tribunal stem from a communication breakdown. In working with HR practitioners to enhance their awareness and improve their communication skills at the deepest of levels, we have equipped them with the tools to maximise potential and minimise the risk of litigation.
How does NLP work as an investment to save money for Human Resources departments?
A lot of money is wasted by employees taking your company to court for unnecessary reasons, when, with excellent communication frameworks, it could have been averted. The figures can add up to tens of thousands of pounds if things go wrong – and usually, the cases never should get even close to tribunal in the first instance!
That isn’t the only reason for attending though: NLP has had a good reputation for over thirty years now and for good reason. As communicating and relating beings, we all seek to improve our abilities and Neuro Linguistic Programming has brought about a new paradigm of excellence through communication tools and breakthrough thinking.
Get inside the working minds of key contacts using NLP and control your results.
Delegates will come away with:
• Awareness of language patterns/skills and how to benefit from knowing them – taking you into
the next paradigm of communication
• Increased confidence from successfully managing your communication outcomes. Confident
your message will be heard intently.
• Be empowered in any communication situation, therefore managing your environment – and
results!
NLP World has already delivered one NLP in HR training in relationship with Hugh James which was a great success.
“This session was a wonderful refresher for me. As someone who is facinated by NLP principles I always take something new and insightful away from Terry’s sessions. I thought this was a fantastic introduction to NLP for those who were new to the subject and it was great to hear delegate contributions”.
Deborah Rees, LLM, Chartered MCIPD
“When I first heard about NLP more than 20 years ago I questioned whether it would last the test of time in the business world and I forgot all about it. When I received the marketing information on this workshop I decided I had to learn more as it had clearly lasted the test of time. It was a good decision; Terry delivered a masterclass in providing an insight into a fascinating subject. He is not only passionate about the subject but knew how to engage people who knew little about NLP. The role plays helped appreciation of the theory. Well done Terry, it left me wanting to know more”.
John McManus
“Really enjoyable session. If you are ‘waitlisting’ jump on board if the next date is confirmed”.
Giles Taylor
“Very enjoyable session – made NLP come alive and enabled delegates to appreciate its uses in the workplace. Fascinating subject leaving me wanting to know and learn more. Money well spent !”
