NLP Master Practitioner
Written by Terry Elston on September 8th, 2008We love running the NLP
Master Practitioner course! The course connects with physics and also the natural working of nature itself to make useful synchronicity appear natural in peoples lives! So what happens to make the leap between learning and self actualising or synchronicity?
First of all we'd better define the word: Carl Jung defined synchronicity as "The coincidence in time
of two or more causally unrelated events which have the same meaning." Which is where we go to on the Master Practitioner course: We show you how your goals and inner being are intimately connected with everything around you; Then we show you the advanced way you can make those connections!
Before you delve further, here's a quote from someone on the last module:
Thanks again for last weekend. Only one word - awesome! The real description is somewhere in the Infinite Cosmos. Anyway, I got to playing with whether I could make it to the next Module 3 - what if I did / what if I didn't / for what purpose not going, and concluded that I HAD to be there. Adrian Munday
OK, back to how change occurs.....
To give you more of a science jacket, Jungs implication is clear--certain events in the universe cluster together into meaningful patterns without recourse to the normal pushes and pulls of causality. These "synchronicities" therefore must transcend the normal laws of science, for they are the expressions of much deeper movements that originate in the ground of the universe and involve, in an inseparable way, both matter and meaning.
I flip a coin. I do so again. I get a series of heads. Does that mean the next is likely to be tails, so in the long run, I get an equal number of heads and tails? The answer is no. To answer otherwise is to imply my coin has memory, or the past influences the future. When I toss the coin the first time, there is equal probability of heads or tails. How does the coin know I am flipping the coin the first time or the umpteenth time?

These may seem like meaningless thinking about nothing, yet when you apply this thinking to your life, what's the critical difference of one person making a success of things and even if another is identically matched, the other does not?
What makes the Law of Attraction kick in, or not?
I've worked with many clients who come to me with dreams, not having made those dreams work, but when they have cleared out some limiting beliefs
or emotions, their dreams come to reality amazingly quickly!
One day a sports journalist, who was also a speculator in London came to see me to become more successful in his career. When that started working well, he came back admitting he really wanted a great relationship but had no idea how to make that happen.
We did the clearing work, using NLP and Time Line Therapy
™ and then asked him exactly when he wanted the relationship to begin. He looked over at me and said "now!" I ducked quickly because there was no-one else in the room!
We laughed about that, and then set up another goal, making it a nice comfortable and logical two weeks from that date. A short while afterwards I called him to see how it was going. He excitedly reported that the very day he got home, there was an email from a woman who he subsequently met and now was living with. The woman was everything that he had talked about in the session!
So how is this synchronicity explained?
Here's another example.
I was in Sweden, talking to my friend and fellow trainer Susanne, when I commented that the next focus I had was to meet and work with groups and people that could make more differences in the world. Three days later, back in the UK and I got a call from the Cabinet Office in Whitehall London, for NLP World to tender for some NLP training.
We won that tender and I became a consultant to the government!
If we go back to physics, there are plenty of explanations how these "coincidences" occur.

Quantum
theory and relativity had a revolutionary effect upon the Newtonian approach, not only in transforming the formalism of physics but also changing the world view that was associated
with it. The view that we have all inherited from an outmoded physics still has a profound effect on our whole lives; it permeates our attitudes to society, government., and human relations and suggests that every adverse situation can be analyzed into an isolated "problem" with a corresponding solution or means of control. It is for such reasons that synchronicity can have such a profound effect on us, for it reaches beyond our intellectual defenses and shatters our faith in the tangibility of surfaces and the linear orders of time and nature.
This is the new thinking about how the phenomena can be activated.
* The universe is best seen as constructed from thought (or ideas) rather than from substance.
* "Empty space" is not empty.
* Beliefs about who one is and what is real form oneself and one's realities.
* Peptides manufactured in the brain can cause a bodily reaction to an emotion.
In the narrative segments of the movie, What the Bleep, Marlee Matlin portrays Amanda, a deaf photographer who acts as the viewer's avatar as she experiences her life from startlingly new and different perspectives.
In the documentary segments of the film, interviewees discuss the roots and meaning of Amanda's experiences. The comments focus primarily on a single theme: We create our own reality. The director, William Arntz, has described What the Bleep as a movie for the "metaphysical left".
We are pretty much conditioned to our daily lives, so conditioned to the way we create our lives, that we buy the idea that we have no control at all. We have been told to believe that the external world is more real than the internal world. This new science, Quantum Physics, is the opposite – the new thinking is that what’s happening within us will create what’s happening outside of us (Hermes, "what's above is below, and what's below is above").
The way our mind/brain is wired, we only see what is possible through our limited neurology. We match patterns that already exist within ourselves through conditioning. Here's one example: Apparently, native Americans couldn’t see Columbus’ ships because they had no knowledge that these ships existed.
The average person considers their life boring or uninspiring because they’ve made little or no attempt to gain knowledge and information that will inspire them. They’re so hypnotized by their environment – through the media, through television, through unattainable ideals of physical appearance, and from limitations imposed by peers.
If you know how they train fleas, it's by putting them in jam jars and putting the lids on. Then, after the fleas hit their heads a few times, they don't jump so high any more. Guess what happens when they take the lid off? Of course, they still don't jump higher than the rim!
So how do we let go of our conditioning to even begin to perceive what's outside of ourselves?
Of course, NLP is designed to reframe old memories and old conditioning. When the system gets cleaner, more refined, the messages can transmit themselves out into life and be picked up by other energy systems.
It's these transmitters and receivers that we call life! As soon as you become a good transmitter, you will also become a good creator. The only way to transmit aligned, powerful messages is to let go of what you thought was true about a limited reality. Those patterns are deeply embedded, so need an equal technique to let these patterns go. Hence the whole nature of NLP. N for Neuro because it works in the neurology (not psychology), linguistic for all communication, verbal AND non-verbal. Programming because it deals with deep patterns and programs.
So how does this relate to the NLP Master Practitioner course?
it's the course where we take the gloves off and show you how YOU can get inside the whole quantum process and be able to USE quantum thinking and USE quantum techniques to break through problems and create dreams inside a matrix of possibilities, limited by nothing!
To compliment the NLP Master Practitiuoner, we have NLP MP3 products, including how to use Quantum Linguistics and Values.
