If you are interested in NLP Training, especially in South England, you may have looked for NLP South England or NLP Sussex, but you may not be aware of just how propitious the location of Brighton is for life-changing courses.

Since earliest times, Brighton has been seen as a place for healing, re-creation and rejuvenation. The mound where the Church of St Nicholas now stands was an ancient megalithic site, with suggestions that there was a stone circle here. The existing church, dating from the 1300s, houses a font carved two centuries earlier, probably from the building recorded in the Domesday Book of 1086.

The confluence of two rivers, flowing down the valleys followed by present day Preston Road and Lewes Road, added to the unique geographical fortune bestowed on Brighton. A place where land meets sea, and people crossed paths and rivers, traded and exchanged information from the north and from across the sea.

In the early 1700s, taking the waters at Brighton was prescribed by a prominent physician of the time, Dr Richard Russell.

Perhaps the combination of the fresh sea air, overlooking the busy sea lanes of the English Channel, the vibrancy of the city itself and the above average sunshine hours, all encourage people to come here ready to make the changes they want to, creating a new future and leaving empowered. Brighton is proving to be a real nexus of change in the 21st Century.

The training room that we normally use looks out onto the sea so break time can be quite refreshing with fish and chips instead of a jammy dodger (we may have to wake you up after 5 minutes coming back though!)
