NLP Practitioner qualification

So what do you need to be a qualified NLP NLP-takes-the-viewpoint-of-looking-at-"how"-the-system-works,-not-why. practitioner?

Here are the things we will be looking at to give you your NLP certification:

NLP Practitioner Level
A. Duration of Training: Minimum of 120 hours of training in the basics of NLP patterns taught by a Certified Trainer, or a certified Master Practitioner under the supervision of a trainer.
B. Demonstration of ability to identify the following basic skills, techniques, patterns and concepts of NLP and to utilize them competently with self and with others.
1. Behavioural integration of the basic presuppositions of NLP, including:
a. Outcome orientation You-have-a-specific-outcome-during-the-conversation;-this-called-also-be-called- with respect for others’ models of the world and the ecology Ecology-in-NLP-is-the-study-of-the-consequences-or-results-or-impact-of-any-chan of the system.
b. Distinction between map and territory.
c. There is only feedback Feedback-in-NLP-is-the-results-of-your-being-able-to-reflect-on-your-last-action (cybernetic)-no failure.
d. Meaning of your communication is the response you get.
e. Adaptive intent Intent-in-NLP-is-the-outcome-of-a-behaviour. of all behaviour In-NLP-behaviour-is-an-individual-expression-of-all-the-filter-system-we-each-us.
f. Everyone has the necessary resources In-NLP-Resources-are-the-means-to-create... to succeed.
g. Resistance is a signal of insufficient pacing Pacing-in-NLP-is-gaining-and-maintaining-rapport-with-another-person-over-a-peri.
h. Law of requisite variety In-NLP-the-Law-of-Requisite-Variety-in-a....

2. Rapport In-NLP-terms,-the-ability-to-gain-trust-with-anther-person-quickly-through-the-u, establishment and maintenance of.
3. Pacing and Leading Leading-in-NLP-is-changing-your-own-behaviour-with-enough-rapport-so-another-per (verbal and non verbal).
4. Calibration (sensory based experience).
5. Representational systems In-NLP-the-senses-through-which-we-exper... (predicates Predicates-in-NLP-are-words-and-phrases-(primarily-verbs,-adverbs-and-adjectives, and accessing cues).
6. Meta-Model In-NLP-the-Meta-Model-is-a-model-of-language,-derived-from-Virginia-Satir,-that-.
7. Milton-Model.
8. Elicitation of well-formed, ecological outcomes and structures of present state.
9. Overlap and Translation.
10. Metaphor An-NLP-Metaphor-is-a-story-which-is-symbolic-and-which-allows-us-to-bypass-the-c creation.
11. Frames; contrast, relevancy, As If, Backtrack Backtrack-in-NLP-is-to-go-back-and-summarise,-review-or-contemplate-what-was-pre.
12. Anchoring any-time-a-person-is-in-a-highly-stimulated-state,-anything-(or-anyone)-around-w (VAK).
13. Anchoring Techniques (contextualised to the field of application.)
14. Ability to shift consciousness to external or internal, as required by the moment's task.
15. Dissociation and Association.
16. Chunking Chunking-up-or-down-allows-the-speaker-to-use-certain-language-patterns,-to-util.
17. SubModalities Submodalities-in-NLP-are-fine-distinctions-or-the-subsets-of-the-Modalities-(Vis.
18. Verbal and non-verbal elicitation of responses.
19. Accessing and building of resources.
20. Reframing Reframing-in-NLP-is-the-process-of-making-a-shift-in-the-nature-of-a-problem-or-.
21. Strategies A-specific-syntax-of-external-and-internal-experience-which-consistently-produce; detection, elicitation, utilization, & installation.
22. Demonstration of behavioural flexibility.

NLP Master Practitioner Level
A. Duration of Training: Minimum of 120 hours of advanced training taught by a certified trainer. A minimum of 15 hours of direct trainer supervision.
B. Demonstration of the ability to identify the following basic skills, techniques patterns and concepts of NLP and to utilize these competently with self and with others.
1. All practitioner level skills, singly and in combination.
2. Design individualized interventions (generative and remedial).
3. Ecological change work.
4. Shifting easily back and forth between content Content-in-NLP-is-the-details-of-a-story.-The-history-of-the-client. and form, and experience and label.
5. Specific Master Practitioner Skills:
a. Meta In-NLP-something-is-Meta-to-another-if-it-is-at-a-higher-(or-aside-to)-level. Programs.
b. Criteria Criteria-in-NLP-is-the-NLP-word-for-values.-Values-are-what-is-important-to-you- (Values Values-in-NLP-are-high-level-generalisations-that-describe-that-which-is-importa).
i. Identification and utilization.
ii criteria ladder.
iii elicitation of complex equivalence A-Complex-Equivalence-in-NLP-occurs-when... and adjustment of criteria.
iv. sleight of mouth.
c. Installation and utilization of strategies.
d. Refined use of SubModalities.
e. Deliberate multi-level communication.
f. Negotiations.
g. Presentation skills.
h. Modelling.
i. Utilization and transformation of beliefs In-NLP-a-belief-is-a-series-of-decisions-that-eventually-add-up-to-making-a-stro and presuppositions.

1 Respect the dignity and worth of every human being, and their right to self-determination.

2 Strive to act with integrity, independence and impartiality, avoiding conflicts of interests and acting in accordance with the presuppositions of NLP.

3 Represent themselves, their qualifications, experience and membership of professional bodies honestly, and also (to the best of their knowledge) the skills, qualifications and experience of any third party to whom they refer any of their clients.

4 Only practice NLP within the limits of their competency and to their highest possible standards; updating their skills and knowledge on a continuous basis.

5 Represent NLP interventions as an option and at no time as a certain solution for any given problem.

6 Act as ambassadors for NLP, so that it is presented as a professional and effective approach which can help people and organisations; avoiding bringing NLP into disrepute.

7 Act as ambassadors for ANLP, to promote its purposes and activities to a wider audience; avoiding bringing ANLP into disrepute. 8 Respect legitimate needs and requirements for confidentiality.

9 Respect the variety of different styles of NLP and complementary professions.

10 Promote fellow Members` interests and avoid soliciting other Members` clients away from them.

11 Ensure that clients` expectations, and the basis on which they will be met, are understood by both parties and that contractual arrangements are not changed without appropriate discussion.

12 Act within the law and not encourage, assist, or collude with others engaged in unlawful conduct.

13 Members (above Affiliate level) have an ongoing requirement to update their skills and knowledge, through Mentorship and/or pursuing recognised CPD requirements.
