The full NLP Practitioner certification is reserved for those talking a live training, or at least a full hybrid course, where a trainer is present for the whole curriculum. Anything les than that is plain dishonest, and if a company will pretend status where there is none, how much do they really care about you or the program?
There has also been a surge to hijack the term “NLP” and use it for Natural Language Processing. Linkedin have been advertising this but it isn’t the original NLP and doesn’t include all the skill sets.

All NLP training is not regulated by a central academic body like universities or professional bodies such as BPS or UKCP. This is true of Manchester/Excellence Assured and most other NLP providers:
