Natalie Rea is a Master Practitioner of NLP and HR & Talent Consultant.
Natalie had her first experience of managing people when she was seventeen years old and discovered a passion for people, understanding how to get the best of people and helping them reach their goals.
It is this quest for knowledge that steered her towards her CIPD Qualification, her NLP Practitioner Course and her qualification as a Master Practitioner of NLP.
Throughout her career Natalie has helped businesses across multiple sectors improve their people strategy, reduce staff turnover, implement transformational talent development and create high performance cultures.
Natalie’s fourteen years of senior management experience, HR expertise and commitment to the application of NLP in business, means that Natalie can face people challenges with ease. Natalie thrives on understanding the process and structure of performance barriers and works closely with clients to help businesses and individuals achieve more than they thought possible.
Natalie enjoys working with leaders to develop their skills and is now a Speaker for highly regarded leadership development networks, sharing best practise tips on achieving personal and team empowerment and performance.
